Miku Toronto at 10 Bay Street is setting the stage for a refined start to 2026 with a New Year’s Eve celebration that brings together elevated cuisine and live jazz. For one night only, Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero presents a 5-course osechi-inspired kaiseki designed to honour the tradition of welcoming the New Year with exceptional flavour.
