Step into PAROS Yorkville for PAROS Uncorked, an elevated wine pairing dinner as part of the Greek Wine Week Festival. Featuring ALPHA Estate and Mega Spileo Estate, this five course food and wine experience includes visiting winery representatives from Greece in attendance to guide you through each pairing and share the stories behind the bottles, the regions, and the craft that defines modern Greek wine.

Each course will be paired with a selected wine from ALPHA Estate and or Mega Spileo Estate.

Course 1: Saganaki
Course 2: Hamachi Crudo
Course 3: Keftedes
Course 4: Grilled Branzino or 6 oz NY Strip Loin, plus Greek Salad or Rodi Salad
Course 5: Lemon Cheesecake or Bougatsa
