Ted Scott’s photos are usually non-representational. That is, they
are mainly concerned with colour, line, shape, and the basic
elements of graphic design. They are not documents of the
surroundings even though his images are derived from them.
When examining Ted’s pictures, don’t try to find some hidden
message or secreted figures. Simply, try to enjoy the curve of a
line, the beauty of a colour, the organization of shapes. What you
see is what you get.
