Sam Clark Trio is a bluegrass and Old-Time fiddle trio featuring Mike T. Kerr (guitar) and Peter Klaassen (bass). Founded on Ward’s Island in 2024, they have since taken their talents inland to downtown Toronto. Propelled by the dynamic and driving rhythm section in Kerr and Klaassen, Clark’s fiddle playing brings a clarity and sweetness otherwise unheard in the Toronto folk scene. Blistering, foot stomping fiddle tunes are followed by country waltzes so tender, you’ll feel feelings you thought you could never have.
