Screen Life: Finding Balance in a World Full of Screens

May 28 @ 9:00 am11:00 am

We’re living in a world of technology designed to keep us hooked – and most of us are navigating the balance alone.

Screen Life is a free, two-hour workshop on building a healthier relationship with your phone. Held at the University of Toronto’s Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus on College Street, the morning brings together a curated group of practitioners on focus, burnout, relationships, family, and AI — grounded in research, delivered without judgment.

You’ll take a personal assessment, hear from practitioners working on the front lines of digital wellness , and leave with a personalized concrete plan built for your real life.

You’ll leave with:

  • Practical ways to feel less overwhelmed by constant connectivity
  • A personal framework for a more intentional relationship with technology

Open to anyone. No tech background required. Capacity is limited and registration is approval-based, so don’t wait.

Hosted by Offline.now and the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus Ecosystem team at the University of Toronto, as part of Toronto Tech Week 2026.
