A suitcase, a dream, and a one-way journey to London, a young Caribbean woman leaves everything she knows behind in search of a brighter future. Running at Soulpepper Theatre’s Kevin & Roger Garland Cabaret from July 2 to July 11, Sincerely, E traces her journey through migration, love, and the search for belonging. A love letter to the courageous immigrant spirit. Sincerely, E is infused with the iconic sounds of the late 1960s. Inspired by the legacy of the Windrush generation, the play honours and celebrates their lasting contributions to Toronto’s vibrant Caribbean community.
Debuting at the Toronto Fringe Festival, Sincerely, E is made possible through Guild Festival Theatre’s Youth Engagement Scarborough Initiative.
