The Goldfarb Gallery is excited to host a special screening and talk on Tuesday, June 2, from 6:00–7:30 PM featuring York Biology Professor Dawn Bazely.
Responding to Anne Duk Hee Jordan: Worlds Away, Professor Bazely will offer insights through the lens of ecology, with a focus on plant–animal relationships and interdependence within natural systems.
The program will also include a screening of Brakfesten / La Grande Bouffe (2022–23), a film by Anne Duk Hee Jordan and Pauline Doutreluingne. Set in a Swedish forest threatened by Elm disease, the film reveals a fragile ecosystem and highlights the complex relationships among the species that inhabit it.
This free event is part of Toronto Climate Week.
