T-Shirt Printing Workshop: Sublimation & Vinyl Techniques
Design, print, and press your own custom t-shirt and/or tote bag using pro equipment and creative techniques at this hands-on workshop!
What to Expect:
In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn how to bring a print on fabric using sublimation and vinyl printing methods. With guided instruction, you’ll get familiar with tools like the sublimation printer, smart cutting machine, and heat press—giving you the skills to create your own wearable art from start to finish.
Make Custom Pieces: Each participant will design and print on one shirt and/or one tote bag—the shirt is a white unisex classic T-shirt, and the tote bag is a cream coloured, made of durable canvas material. You’ll get to experiment with both sublimation transfers and heat-pressed vinyl! Where them home that day if you’d like!
Learn New Skills: Whether you want to start a side hustle, make thoughtful gifts, or create cool shirts just for fun, this workshop will teach you the essentials of DIY shirt-making using both image and text-based designs.
All Materials Provided: We will supply sublimation inks, design templates, access to Cricut Design Space, a variety of vinyl colours, and everything else you need. Just bring yourself—and one blank shirt!
Studio Vibe: Enjoy good music, good vibes, and complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks while you create.
Who Should Join: No experience needed! Perfect for crafters, creatives, and curious beginners. Ages 10+ (those under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult).
