On Tuesday December 9th at 7:00 pm, Tales Toronto presents it’s final offering of 2025’s “Tales at the Tranzac”, with an evening of stories about Fate: the paths we take, the twists that push us forward, and the sense that it was all meant to be—stories of destiny, coincidence, and the moments that change everything.
We are thrilled to welcome to the Tranzac for the first time, Pooja Joshi.
Pooja works in public media by day and, by night, turns her deepest secrets into jokes for a room full of strangers. She has worked as an actor, writer, producer and casting director. Phas been performing since she was five, because therapy could only do so much.
Having survived sky-diving, TTC, misogyny, freezing rain, failed auditions, and historic romantic failures, she is still accidentally hopeful.
Joining Pooja are: Paul Aflalo, Christel Bartelse, Eddy Morassutti, Briane Nasimok and Andrew Wong, who will be co-hosting with Maddy Sedgewick.
The Tranzac is located at 292 Brunswick, just south of Bloor Street and admission is pay what you can. There is no advanced seating.
Doors open 6:30 so come early, and have a beverage from our fried and bartender Paul.
