A scrappy team of eccentric American cheesemongers defies tradition to take on the world’s top cheese masters at the Mondial du Fromage—a biennial international trade show and cheese competition held in Tours, France. What looks like a quirky food doc is truly an epic sports story as they battle cultural clashes, personal struggles, and melting cheese in the pursuit of respect, redemption and an historic victory.
