The Climate Commissions

A triple bill, THE CLIMATE COMMISSIONS explore the climate crisis with workshop presentations of three new short works from critically-acclaimed creators including Tara Beagan, 2025 Governor General Award for Drama winner, Sabrina Mahfouz, an award-winning British writer who grew up in both London and Cairo; and Ta-Nia, an American-based duo dedicated to creating uncompromising BLK spaces in the theatre. The Climate Commissions is a national and international commission by Why Not Theatre exclusively for the 2025.26 ThisGen Fellowship.
