The Sunday Serve

A Sunday with a little sweat and a lot of good energy. The wellness girl alternative to a boozy brunch.

We split into two groups.

10 AM – One group heads to the studio for a 45-minute, music-driven Pilates class — strong, controlled, all levels.
The other takes the courts for beginner-friendly pickleball — coached, social, easy to learn, and surprisingly addictive.

11 AM Then we switch.

So everyone gets both.

After? DJ on. Mocktails flowing. Wellness pop-ups. Sunday scene.
