Hugh’s Room is honouring the inspirational legacy of Tina Turner, queen of rock ‘n’ roll
and one of the world’s best-selling artists of all time.
One of our city’s most powerful vocalists, Quisha Wint, with an all-star band, will take
you on a journey from the start of Tina’s career beginning in the mid-fifties right up to the
modern era.
Aside from Quisha’s considerable talents, this spectacular show will feature special
guest Toronto jazz soul man Justin Bacchus alongside a seven-piece high
energy band featuring Doan Pham, Roger Williams, Joe Palawan and Duff Musiq
with background vocalists Selena Evangeline, Joanne Harris and Jill Zadeh. Also in the line up are Jeliz and Paul Antonio.
