Award-winning choreographer Peter Chin returns to Toronto with Worn Inheritance, a contemporary dance program presented by Tribal Crackling Wind, running May 15–17, 2026 at the Winchester Street Theatre.
The performance features solo works by Chin, performed by William Lau, Marina Acevedo, and Derek Souvannavong, exploring themes of identity, memory, and cultural heritage. Drawing from diverse influences across multiple countries, each piece uses elements like traditional performance styles and symbolic cloth to reflect personal and ancestral stories.
