Unity Drum Fest (UDF), presented by Ballet Creole, in partnership with the South By South East Festival (SXSE), is a free, family-friendly four-day cultural celebration taking place at Nathan Phillips Square during the global excitement of 2026 FIFA World Cup. Featuring FIFA match viewing experiences, live cultural performances, international drumming showcases, dance, storytelling, workshops, food vendors, and family programming, UDF will celebrate unity through rhythm while welcoming the world to Toronto. The festival will spotlight diverse traditions from African, Caribbean, Indigenous, Asian, South Asian, Latin, Brazilian, Hawaiian, and other global communities, creating one of the city’s most accessible and inclusive FIFA cultural activations.
