Absent from the local culinary scene since he amicably split from the Drake last January, acclaimed chef David Chrystian resurfaces through June with a series of interactive BYOW cooking demonstrations slash dinners held in a secret downtown loft locale. Clue: not my place. Lucky attendees start with hors d’oeuvres and follow with oysters, foie gras and caviar before digging into a six-course seasonal menu.
