It’s almost Passover which means seder night is around the corner, and there are a handful of restaurants in the city offering kosher catering to ease the stress of hosting.

Passover is a Jewish festival that recounts the biblical story of the Isralites being freed from slavery in Egypt.

It’s traditional during the week-long festival to host at least one seder night, which includes a retelling of the story of Moses leading the Jewish people through the desert, and a large meal, all while refraining from eating certain foods, including bread and other leavened items.
