An open, two-storey space in a Victorian row house updated by II by IV Design Associates is the modern backdrop for chic Toronto labels. On the first level, Lundström kraft-paper-look poly/nylon jackets hang with Joeffer Caoc’s collection of gathered tanks in grey, black and coral jersey. Upstairs, a salon of Thien Le evening wear is an intimate space where the designer meets with clients to fit brocade shirt-dresses and ombre silk gowns by appointment.
Accessory options include exclusive-in-Toronto finds like clean-lined leather bags from Israel’s Kisim and filigreed bracelets and rings from Austin, Texas’s Kendra Scott.
