Rating: NNNNN

Julie Moon is fast becoming one of Toronto’s most popular potters, with whimsical, clay-based works like body-shaped china lamp bases and ceramic orbs with pursed red lips. And just in time for Remembrance Day, her red-glazed poppy pins are on sale at le gallery (1183 Dundas West, 416-532-8467) for $18 to $40 a portion of proceeds are donated to the Royal Canadian Legion.
