CLOTHES I try to do something original for special functions. I made my Egyptian-style headpiece and sarong from leather-look material I bought at Fabricland (605 Rogers, 416-658-1386, and others) just to wear to the Leather Ball. My boyfriend gave me my silver necklace, I made my arm bands myself, and bought my $10 watch and chain bracelet at kiosks in Chinatown. I won the cock ring I’m wearing as a wrist cuff at Woody’s. I had my navel pierced at Passage (473 Church, 416-7330), and the rest of my piercings and tattoos were done at King of Fools (556 Church, 416-323-8777). One of my tattoos is Taurus, the other is the seeing eye, because I am always looking out for my daughter even though I don’t get to spend a lot of time with her.
