After months of delays, the Motorola ROKR is finally launching. Though it looks like a regular cell, it's the first to use Apple's popular iTunes software, effectively turning it into an iPod/cellphone hybrid. Like the iPod Shuffle, you plug the phone into your computer via USB and download songs directly using iTunes. Sounds spiffy, but since Apple doesn't want it to compete with iPod products, it's limited the number of songs to 100 - no matter how many spare memory cards you shell out for.
