WHO: Stuart Allen Ross, barista/owner of Bull Dog Coffee (89 Granby, at Church and Carlton, 416-606-BARK, www.bulldogtoronto.com), and Charlie Brown, American bulldog.
WHERE: Bull Dog Coffee.
WHEN: Saturday, 10:30 am.
CLOTHING: "My friend Nick at Meo Sales (35 Primrose, suite 100, 416- 536-9813, www.meosales.com) makes my Bull Dog T-shirts. This sleeveless T is the newest in my collection. The leather pants are made by ABCO PRO in England. My belt is from Club Monaco (157 Bloor West, 416-591-8837). My underwear? Commando style all the way, baby. My socks are from all those singles left behind at the laundromat - I'm not an underwear and socks kinda guy. My boots are made by CAT (www.catfootwear. com); I scored them at a wholesale liquidation sale for $35. This leather rope with the Asian coin around my neck was given to me by two of my buddies, Leo and Joseph, about eight years ago for good luck - I haven't taken it off since. I still get good luck from it. My leather wrist ropes are from Northbound Leather (586 Yonge, 416-972-1037). My titanium Freestyle wristwatch is from a watch close-out sale and was only $33. My snake-link pewter bracelet comes from a push-cart vendor at the Toronto Eaton Centre (Yonge and Dundas)."
HAIR: "My good friend James Vicars at Privee (211 Carlton, 416-934-0856)."
MY STYLE: "Simple, easy and ready in less than five minutes. I roll out of bed and, while it's still dark in my room, reach into the closet and whatever I pull out is what I wear. I've been told my style is 70s porno star meets rugged leather man, but dress me up in a Canali suit and you can take me anywhere."
INTO: "Making Toronto's best tasting latte and espresso-based drinks for only $3. My niche is creating signature drinks like the Blanco Bull Dog (Ghirardelli creamy white hot chocolate in a dark-chocolate-drizzled glass, infused with a shot of 100 per cent Arabica espresso). Competing in June 2005 to become Canada's top barista at the Canadian Barista Championships in Toronto (www.coffee-expo.com)."
