Oliver Koctha-Kalleinen and Tellervo Kalleinen are Finnish conceptual artists who travel the world organizing choirs in which citizens can make their gripes in song. Complaints Choir intercuts two of their projects, in Chicago and Singapore, contrasting the American way of whining with the Singaporean unwillingness to express dissatisfaction with anything for fear of government reprisal.

It’s entertaining enough, though the alternating structure prevents director Ada Bligaard Søby from digging too deeply into the lives of the performers.
