SELL THIS HOUSE If you’re thinking of unloading your millionaire bachelor pad, this invaluable makeover show hosted by busty Tanya Memme and bustier muscle daddy Roger Hazard makes it look easy. Best part: hidden camera footage of potential buyers who comment on the “before” decor (“I haven’t seen shag carpeting since the 70s,” “Who died in this room?”) and the appalled home owners’ reactions (“You’re buying the house, not the litter box!”). 5 pm on A&E

FLIP THIS HOUSE The sequel to Sell This House takes it one step further: buy a cheap fixer-upper, renovate it yourself, then sell it for a huge profit. 6 pm on A&E
