Local printing and design company Paranoid Print is known for pumping out hellacious high-quality shirts and other vital merch table paraphernalia for bands on the heavier end of the spectrum, like Public Animal, Goat Horn, Gypsy Hawk and Midnight Malice. After all, co-founder C.C. is the riff-slinging guitarist for Jager-swilling, sleaze rock five-piece Diemonds.
But he and business partner/Bleedingheart music video maker Matthew Chrones Scott are venturing into hip-hop territory with their newest T-shirt design, which puts a satanic spin on hometown hero Drake’s classic praying hands imagery and “the 6” slang (for Toronto, in case you’re living under a rock).
It’s called The 666. If you love it as much as we do, buy it online. The shop, recently relocated from Chinatown to 609 Queen West, will have a launch party during CMW. More details to come. And while you’re at it, follow Paranoid Print on Instagram too.
