Granted, they've already had a great past two years, with their self-titled debut ending up on many year end critics' list, and they just made their BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix debut this week, but going out on the road with Madge would be huge for them.
Sure, she might be a lot more mainstream than they are, but they essentially sound a lot like the early underground dance music that inspired much of her club-friendly pop sounds over the decades.
Getting a straight answer of the band themselves is tough though.
Vocalist Cedric Gasaida (aka Starving Yet Full) claims that the Sun story is the first he's heard of it, but that he's incredibly excited about the idea.
It doesn't appear than an official offer has been made yet, but it does look like the gossip is reasonably credible. If the story is true, it would be a smart move for Madonna to associate herself with the edgy up-and-coming dance music group, and their mixture of gay and straight sensibilities should go over well with her audience.
On the other hand, the UK press has been known to run with stories that aren't completely factual, so it remains to be seen whether this is just wishful thinking on the part of a British tabloid journalist. Even if that's the case though, Madonna's team must be now aware that many people think it would be a good idea for her to check them out.
