Your favourite Clubs not called that any more

Dundas West watering hole/eclectic live music venue Magpie Taproom (831 Dundas West) is rebranding as Dundas Video, and Parkdale venue Wrongbar has overhauled itself, too: makeover, new general manager (Adrian Stein alongside owner Nav Sangha), tiki-style/Polynesian-inspired cocktail list and lotsa wines, and a [potential] name change to Miss Things.

Were not sure we love the name, but Wrongbar 2.0 will exist in the back of the club, and the relaunch party sounds solid, with DJ Premier (Gang Starr, PRhyme), DJ Pump, DJ Illo and Vinyl Ritchie playing exclusively 45s on June 20.

And if youre in need of a job, theyre hiring.

[Editor’s note: the original post has been modified to reflect Sangha’s email to us stating that the name of the restaurant/cocktail bar has not yet been decided.]
