Alfredo Jaar Prefix’s Urban Field Speakers Series and LACAP (Latin American Canadian Art Projects) bring in New York-based Chilean installation artist, architect and filmmaker Jaar (alfredojaar.net) to give a talk called It Is Difficult, about his latest commissions to design memorials for the victims of state terrorism, including one in his homeland and another in Rwanda. 7 pm at Prefix.
