Core Service Review Day two of the city council meeting devoted to budget chopping unfolds, as progressive councillors try to convince the mushy middle to vote against city-wrecking service cuts. Come watch this critical debate. At 7 am, the Toronto Stop the Cuts Network serves breakfast in Nathan Philips Square and rallies. Council starts at 9:30am. Free. City Hall, Queen and Bay.
