St Patrick’s Day parade

There was plenty of Highland Dancing and even a few leaping leprechauns at the 25th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade.

The parade began around noon at St. George and Bloor Street West, before heading down Yonge Street to Queen and ending up in front of Nathan Phillips Square. Revellers clad in plenty of green got into the Irish spirit and cheered the floats and community groups all along the parade route.
