Pulling on her big-girl jeans, Canadian pop darling Tate McRae has been revealed as the face of Calvin Klein’s latest campaign, bringing star power to the iconic brand’s fall denim lineup.
The Grammy-nominated singer and dancer stars in Calvin Klein’s Fall 2026 “Feel the Fit” campaign, launching on Tuesday. The campaign, which is directed and photographed by Carlijn Jacobs, puts McRae’s signature choreography front and centre as she moves through everyday settings in a series of Calvin Klein denim looks.
Set to Dee-Lite’s 1990 song “Groove Is in the Heart,” the new commercial fuses McRae’s style with Calvin Klein’s signature ‘90s aesthetic. Throughout the short video, the singer appears in several pairs of denim to promote the new line, which includes low-rise baggy, high-rise loose and ’90s straight-leg jeans.
For McRae, the campaign was a natural fit. “I loved being able to move, dance and bring my own energy to every look,” she said in a statement, adding that the campaign captures the confidence that comes with finding a favourite pair of jeans.
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, the 23-year-old first rose to fame with her 2020 hit single “You Broke Me First.” The song’s release coincided with the rise in popularity of social media platform TikTok, where the track went viral as a backtrack for videos on the app.
While McRae’s part in the campaign is officially out now, earlier this week the American fashion label already had fans acting like Nancy Drew after releasing a teaser that deliberately kept McRae’s identity under wraps. Her distinctive movements and voice had eagle-eyed fans guessing the Canadian star before the reveal.

Online, fans are sharing their take on the ad, including comparisons to other recent denim campaigns that have seen collaborations between major high street retailers and pop stars.
“This is so short and simple, but her essence is just so captivating!! The way she moves is so hypnotizing,” one Redditor posted.
“I love the movement to bring dance into ads now, presumably thanks to the success of Katseye’s GAP ad.”
“Better than Sydney Sweeney jeans ads [not gonna lie],” another person posted on X, referencing a controversial denim campaign featuring the California star, rolled out by American Eagle in 2025.
“Ahhhh can’t spell Tate without ATE,” a fan on Instagram shared.
Meanwhile, some are side-eying the brand for both the teaser trailer and campaign.
“Calvin Klein teasing a whole campaign and you can’t even see a face,” one X user posted.
“Every Calvin Klein model looks exactly the same and you all pretend it’s art,” another person commented.
The “Feel the Fit” campaign will roll out over the next month, with McRae kicking off a series of chapters featuring global talent.
