An Air Canada flight was cancelled on Friday following a dispute between a flight attendant and a passenger.

The flight, which was about to depart from Casablanca to Montreal, was taxiing when a heated argument erupted between a flight attendant and a woman.

The conflict allegedly began after the passenger requested a blanket due to “excessive air conditioning.”

In a video posted on X by aviation news outlet FL360aero, the stewardess can be seen loudly addressing the passenger, then walking away while saying, “I don’t want no bullying against my crew, OK? Everyone, behave…”

“Be quiet, fasten your seatbelt or you’ll be getting off,” she added.

A passenger recording the video can be heard saying, “Alright, I don’t like the attitude.”

However, as the argument started heating up, the stewardess called the police to remove the passenger from the plane, the post mentions.

In support of the passenger, other travellers decided to leave the aircraft as well, ultimately leading Air Canada to cancel the flight.

Since the video was posted, many people are reacting to it including an X user, “I hate these half complete one sided passenger videos. Aircrew don’t randomly start to mistreat passengers.”

“I don’t believe that for a second. She was defending one of her coworkers. As she was crew captain. I’m sure there’s another side to this,” added another X user.

Meanwhile, many others are expressing their dislike for the airlines.

“It’s Air Canada, does it really surprise anyone?,” one X user said.
