The long-cherished CNE is returning to Toronto this summer and offering a new VIP experience with unlimited rides and a fast pass to skip lines, but the new ticket option will cost you hundreds.

Known as Canada’s largest community event, the Exhibition has welcomed more than 1.6 million annual visitors to Toronto’s Exhibition Grounds, unveiling something new with each stopover. This year, an exclusive experience is one of them.

“Make the most of every moment with VIP treatment all day long… The CNE VIP Experience is your front row ticket to all the fun!” the CNE said on its website

VIP ticketholders can look forward to admission to the 2025 CNE grounds, unlimited rides, a fast pass to skip lengthy lines, drink tickets to keep hydrated throughout the fun, and a $50 voucher to try out all of the exhibition’s eccentric and tasty bites.

The exclusive experience also includes a reserved space at the private VIP Bell CNE Bandshell viewing area at Bandshell Park, along with the choice to skip the line and enjoy front row views of the SuperDogs or the iconic Acrobatic Ice Skating Show.

And the 146-year-old annual fair is not stopping there. VIP’ers have the opportunity to beat the heat and store their belongings at a secure and private space made just for them at Withrow Common Gallery, all while enjoying a limited edition CNE collector pin set, merch and treats.

To top the one-of-a-kind experience off, the CNE is providing VIPs with a dedicated concierge team that will help them plan their day, provide on-site escort, and answer questions to ensure their experience is nothing short of unforgettable.

But the newly introduced VIP tickets, stacked with everything any passionate CNE-goer would most dream of, comes at a staggering cost of $452.99.

Tickets for the exclusive experience can only be purchased in packages of four, adding up to a total of more than $1,800, which could put more weight on your wallet.

Currently, advance sale ride all day passes, featuring unlimited midway rides on any one day of the 2025 CNE, costs $47.24 per person.

Meanwhile, standard advance sale admission passes, covering grounds admission and access to all shows and exhibits on visiting day, costs $25.11 per attendee.

Children aged five to 13 can enjoy special offer tickets for free when they select their school board, giving them access to CNE admission, shows, and exhibits – while children zero to four can also experience the fair for free.

The CNE, founded as the Toronto Industrial Exhibition in 1879, is one of the top 10 agricultural fairs in North America, as well as one of Ontario’s most beloved annual traditions.
