Director Annette Mangard's '08 profile of Toronto conception art collective General Idea (1969-1994) barely scratches the surface of
the trio's prescient multimedia work but manages in a scant 48 minutes to chronicle their transition from ‘70s misfits to internationally
exhibited art stars.
