We curated a list of the hottest patios right now for every kind of patio lover (Courtesy: Ultra and Kost).

As the weather gets better and summer gets nearer, everyone in and out of Toronto are flocking to the city to check out the best spots for pictures, foods, and most importantly, the vibes.

We curated a list of the hottest patios right now for every kind of patio lover.

For live music lovers: Sofia Yorkville, 99 Yorkville Ave.

Almost all Torontonians know Yorkville is one of the most stylish locations for dining out with friends. Sofia provides a luxury patio experience for people who enjoy savouring high-quality Italian food and heart-warming sounds from live musicians.

For late night fare friends: Amal, 131 Bloor St. W.

As soon as you’re done shopping on Bloor, head to Amal for some fine evening fare. The heated patio offers the comfort of cushioned seating open booths. Enjoy high-end Lebanese food and listen to specially curated vibes from their resident DJ when you go on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

For dining high in the sky: Kōst, 80 Blue Jays Way

Sip on fun cocktails as you glance down on Toronto’s bustling King St. West while sitting 44 floors above at Kōst. Taste authentic Lebanese dishes, like pistachio kebabs, grilled branzino, and clotted cream desserts. If it’s a sunny day, set your fork down and splash into their infinity pool.

The most Instagrammable spot: Margo, 600 King St. W.

You’ll want to visit Margo’s patio for the decorations alone with lush green plants and wooden tables. Pick from a list of classic drinks like bottomless mimosas during Sunday brunch or their $9 classic martinis during happy hour. Tons of events happen at this venue like a Kentucky Derby day party and jazz nights.

For sports lovers: Ultra, 12 St. Clair Ave. E.

One of the best feelings is heading out with a group of friends to munch on food while the game is on. Instead of heading to a regular bar, summertime means chilling at a cool bar with a sea green interior inspired by Alexander McQueen, long past the sunsets.

Ultra features an even cooler selection of Pan Asian-inspired eats on the menu presented by Michelin chefs – wagyu beef sushi rolls, tuna tarts, and lobster fried rice.

Best burger experience: Daphne – 67 Richmond St. W.

Sometimes, the body is just craving a good ol’ burger even while sitting on a classy garden terrace. Daphne has their own “Daphne Burger” served with aged cheddar and made from prime grade beef. Although patio season often comes with cute vibes, chilling at Daphne doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your American cuisine cravings.

For wine lovers: Grape Witches – 1247 Dundas St. W.Head out for a magical experience at Grape Witches’ newly upgraded patio featuring tons of plants and even a dazzling water fountain. Enjoy a selection of over 15 red, white, and rosé wines while admiring the new artwork done by local artists. There’s also enough shade allowing you to stay outdoors even if rain decides to visit during your wine rendezvous.
