Another upscale restaurant/club – the favourite format for new clubs in Toronto. After dinner, the music gets cranked and people dance, but there’s still lots of seating. Slick modern design, but there are a few out-of-place features and ornaments that look like they were tacked on after the designer had finished.
VIBE Musically generic, but I’ve yet to hear anything really offensively square coming out of the doors. Upscale crowd, and many seem to live in the neighbouring condos. Dress code isn’t too restrictive: you can wear fancy sneakers, and many pairs of designer jeans are proudly flaunted.
VALUE $10 cover on a Saturday night isn’t bad for a special event but a little high for just a generic club night. Drinks are pricey.
BATHROOMS Slick-looking and clean also big. There are washroom attendants, so bring some change to tip.
