Drizzy Drake is back at it again with another release up his sleeve to end this year off right!

The Toronto rapper revealed he is dropping the third EP to “Scary Hours” on Friday by posting a teaser of the music video in an Instagram post Wednesday night.

To make this video particularly grand and in true Drake fashion, the 6ix God teamed up with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) to bring flair and elegance to his announcement.

The video begins with a shot of the rapper’s car driving to Toronto’s Roy Thompson Hall. Once there, he walks in and is greeted with a glass of red wine before taking his seat in the middle of the venue to watch the orchestra. To cap off the video, TSO Music Director Gustavo Gimeno and members of the symphony play Giuseppe Verdi’s Overture La forza del destino.

Earlier in October, Drake said he planned on stepping away from music for at least a year to focus on his health, during an interview on “Table For One,” his radio show on SiriusXM. And bow, based on his voice over in this new teaser video, it seems the rapper is keeping his word after he revealed he’s ready for a break.

“I feel so confident about the body of work that I just dropped that I know I can go and disappear for whatever, six months, a year… two years, even though I’m not into the lengthy, super-lengthy disappearances just for the sake of mystery,” he admitted in the video.

Drake goes on to say that the upcoming new songs were written in the past five days and it’s because he couldn’t stop his creative juices from flowing.

“You know, ultimately, it’s coming to me in a way that I haven’t experienced since If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late where it’s just kind of like I feel like I’m on drugs. I feel like I’m in that mental state without doing anything…It’s not like I’m picking up from some unfinished s**t. You know, this is just happening on its own. And who am I to fight it, right?” he said.

Drake’s latest EP “Scary Hours 3” drops tonight at midnight.

This comes just one day after the release of his music video for “First Person Shooter,” featuring J. Cole and three days after announcing his 2024 “It’s All A Blur Tour — Big As The What?” tour also with Cole.
