NBA superstars LeBron James and Fred VanVleet are hosting parties in the city this weekend to kick off the Toronto Caribbean Carnival, and Now Toronto is giving away two free tickets to each event!
Lobos 1707 Tequila is celebrating carnival weekend with two star-studded events, ‘Summer Breeze’ and ‘Daylight,’ presented by The Elements Toronto and Seventy-Two Agency.
To start off the festivities, Lobos 1707 investor and partner LeBron James will be hosting ‘Summer Breeze’ at the luxurious Lavelle rooftop pool and patio bar on Friday, Aug. 4. The upscale day party will feature top-notch entertainment and special guest appearances. ‘Summer Breeze’ gets started at 3 p.m. and runs until 9 p.m.
Following the Toronto Caribbean Carnival’s grand parade on Saturday, Aug. 5, revellers can continue the party at ‘Daylight.’ The fete will be making its triumphant return to Cabana Pool Bar as the official ‘Thank You Party’ for VanVleet, who left the Toronto Raptors for the Houston Rockets last month.
‘Daylight’ is set to be the climax of carnival weekend, featuring hit rapper Da Baby and special guest appearances from DJ WhooKid, and Saroya Tinker, a Canadian hockey professional currently playing for the Toronto Six of the Premier Hockey Federation. The day party kicks off at 1 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Both events have received international attention and are known for their vibrancy and energy that the carnival represents.
