I love working with different types of ice behind the bar and for this workshop you’ll learn about how ice affects dilution, shaking techniques, and above all presentation of fantastic cocktails.
By the end of the event you’ll make a fantastic summer crushed ice cocktail (and learn how to recreate crushed ice at home fast and easy) and work with specialty ice shaped for the event (think crystal clear spheres, column ice, etc)
We’ll be making beach delicious tiki & summer vibes cocktails, so let’s hope we get some sunshine!
