Celebrate Lunar New Year with us on Feb 17 for a one-night-only A5 Wagyu & Oyster Shabu Shabu experience at Waterworks Food Hall. This exclusive evening features a thoughtfully curated 9-course tasting menu, created exclusively for Aburi Sushi Waterworks.
Begin the journey with Toro Monaka, followed by an Aburi Sashimi Duo of Maguro and Hamachi. The centrepiece of the evening is our signature A5 Miyazaki Wagyu & Oyster Shabu Shabu, gently simmered in a miso soy milk broth and paired with seasonal winter vegetables.
The tasting continues with Salmon Oshi sushi Temaki, followed by a progression of hand rolls and nigiri temaki, including Saba Bō Sushi, Aburi Hokkaido Scallop, Sawara, and Hama Taku. The experience concludes on a light note with a delicate Ginger Panna Cotta.
