Guests can expect a thoughtful progression of dishes paired with seasonal vegetables and elegant Japanese flavours, all served in the stylish setting of Waterworks Food Hall. It is an interactive culinary experience, with chef Matsuzaki guiding guests through each course and sharing the inspiration behind the dishes. Seatings are available between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
