The LLBO’s addressed the problem by seriously reducing the number of places open till 4 am.
In 2014, over 20 establishments made the list. This year only five get to stay open late. Most of them are hotels, presumably because they have more experience dealing with all-night traffic and can offer a room to those who have overindulged. Here’s the list:
