Video: Inside Torontos Poop Cafe

Since opening about a month ago, Torontos new Poop Cafe has been met with overwhelming response.

With lineups out the door, Torontonians have been waiting as long as an hour just to get into the restaurant to eat dessert served from a toilet-shaped bowl.

Food and drinks served at the cafe include milkshakes, Thai ice cream rolls and bingsu, which means shaved ice in Korean.

Lien Nguyen is the owner of Poop Cafe. She was inspired to open Torontos first toilet-themed restaurant after going to a similar place in Taiwan.

She says the point of the restaurant is to challenge the way we look at poop.

If you see the poop emoji, its like a human being, she says. We wanted to make everything in the store look very cute, not gross.
