Every month, WVRST (609 King West, 416-703-7775, wvrst.com) taps a vintage keg from its extensive cellar, all of which have been aged for at least two years. Expect offerings from Canadian breweries Bellwoods, Stone City Ales, West Avenue Cider, Dieu du Ciel, Nickel Brook and Indie Ale House. The January release is an impressive vertical of Sawdust City’s Long Dark Voyage (Russian imperial stout), from 2013 to 2016. Details at the bar or on the website.
