Seeing as you can carry this waterproof-for-80-minutes UVA/UVB protection in your pocket (it’s slightly bigger than a Chapstick), there’s no excuse – sticky hands, leaky bottle – for overdoing the sun exposure thing and frying your fragile bits (i.e., nose, ears, lips, chest). No excuse.
