Well, buddy’s come to his senses and joined an industry that loves drugs. No, not medicine, stock brokering or music, I’m talking fashion, people. Jazz hands

I know you’re already up to the tits with multi-tasking, but here’s one more and it’s real easy: While you’re digging the sounds at the Toronto Dowtown Jazz Festival starting tomorrow (June 24) and running until July 3, stop by the Artisan’s Village for a consumaholic pitstop. Local vendors will be hawking wares from jewellery to skincare, kitchen gear to handwoven textiles, and pretty much everything in between. www.torontojazz.com.

Coming up rozes

Join indie designer, Nathalie-Roze Fischer , at Skirt (903 Dundas West) this Tuesday (June 28) as she presents her newest creations (think ceramic jewellery to cowgirl hats). And before you cry, “I can’t afford it”, bite your tongue everything is slashed by 20 to 50 per cent and nothing is more than $50. Yup this should really be in Sweet Deals….www.skirtclothing.ca www.nathalie-roze.ca.
