The St. Regis Toronto is the embodiment of luxury and is revered for its pairing of traditional grandeur with contemporary indulgence.

Hotel guests are invited to bear witness to an age-old custom inspired by the pomp and circumstance of Napoleon Bonaparte, who was notoriously satiated by popping a bottle of champagne with his saber in victory and defeat. In a nod to his histrionic manner,  the St. Regis’s signature ritual champagne sabrage takes place daily in the Astor Lounge at 6 p.m.
