Who is Leon Thomas?

Leon Thomas is a musician, songwriter, and producer from Brooklyn, N.Y. Before fully crossing over into hip-hop and R&B, Thomas got his start as a Broadway and TV actor. His first acting job was playing young Simba in The Lion King. In 2010, Thomas got his big break, landing the role of Andre in the Nickelodeon sitcom Victorious

In 2012, Thomas recorded and released his first mixtape, Metro Hearts, which included a cover of Drake’s “Take Care.” Between 2014 and 2025, he put out two more mixtapes, two EPs, and two studio albums (Electric Dusk and Mutt). Thomas has worked extensively with production group The Stereotypes, who have produced several songs by Mars, including, “24K Magic,” “That’s What I Like,” and “Finesse (featuring Cardi B).”

Is DJ Pee .Wee Anderson .Paak?

DJ Pee .Wee might sound unfamiliar to casual Mars fans, but take off the 70s wig, and he’s just Brandon Paak Anderson, aka, Anderson .Paak. This alter ego was born from his time touring with Mars as Silk Sonic as he wanted a way to show his turntable skills and deep musicality.

Over his 15-year career, Anderson has released seven studio albums, three in collaboration with Knxwledge and Bruno Mars as NxWorries and Silk Sonic, respectively. He has also won nine Grammy Awards, four with Mars in 2022 for their song, “Leave the Door Open.”
