Ashnikko
- When: Tuesday, May 19 at 7 p.m.
- Where: History Toronto
The American singer, songwriter and rapper Ashnikko is coming to town with their TikTok-famous songs, “Stupid” and “Slumber Party.” The artist is known for hop-hop, electronic pop and “demonic brat rap” with heavy video game and anime influences. Their anthems also feature themes of female empowerment and queer sexuality. This time, they’re in the city for their Smoochies Tour. Get your outfit ready because the event starts tonight at 7 p.m., and tickets are $60.50 plus taxes and fees on Ticketmaster.
Ari Lennox
- When: Wednesday, May 20 at 7 p.m.
- Where: Massey Hall
Stay “Up Late” to attend Ari Lennox’ concert this Wednesday. The contemporary R&B artist is bringing her hits “Shea Butter Baby,” featuring J. Cole, also used on Creed II, and “Unloyal,” featuring Summer Walker, amid many of her chart-topping anthems to the stage. Victoria Alex

Don’t be a “Fake” fan and attend local Toronto artist Victoria Alex. She’s known for singing pop/punk music as a former contestant on the first season of CTV’s The Launch. From being a mini pop kid to having hits like “Prettier Than Me” and “I Hate Your Friends,” Victoria Alex is now performing at The Drake Underground on Wednesday. Good Kid

If you play Fortnite, you might recognize some Good Kid tracks, notably, “Witches” in the Rock & Royale station, “Orbit” on in-game radio, and “Rift” in the rotation. The Canadian indie rock and power-pop band based in Toronto, formed by University of Toronto computer science graduates blend high-energy indie rock and J-rock sounds– available for streamers to use, copyright-free. Imagine Dragons

Imagine Dragons is bringing in the “Thunder” this Thursday at RBC Amphitheatre. The American pop-rock band have sold over 75 million records globally and are known for diamond-certified hits like “Believer” and “Thunder.” Tickets start at $81 on Ticketmaster.
Bruno Mars

- Where: Rogers Stadium
Bruno Mars is returning to Toronto for five shows this month.. This week, he’s performing over the weekend at Rogers Stadium. Will there be any surprise proposals with his “Marry You” song?
