Go figure. The Cubans can keep a 50-year-old Buick on the road, but they’re having trouble with bicycle mechanics. Upfront was a little perplexed when we learned that the Community Bicycle Network of Toronto is sending two “technical specialists” to Havana to train the locals in bicycle maintenance. Apparently, the revolution has a flat.
